Terms and Conditions
At Paper Tales we proof-read all orders for spelling and grammar. However, we cannot always catch customer errors, so please review your wording carefully before submitting your order.

If an error is made by the customer and we print the card, you will be able to re-order the card at a discounted rate. We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If the error is made by Paper Tales or the manufacturer, the order will be re-printed and shipped to you as soon as possible at no cost to you.

We try to process your order very quickly, so if you must cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible after the order has been placed so that we may contact the manufacturer to cancel the order. If the order has been processed we will be unable to cancel your order.

Privacy
We respect your privacy!

Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Any information you give us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Customer Service
In an effort to ensure you are completely happy with your order, we strive to make your shopping experience a pleasant one with a user-friendly website. If you should ever have questions regarding the order process and your question cannot be answered on our website, please feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail or by using the contact form. We will happy to assist you.

Personalization
All customization and personalization is included in the cost. Proofs are always available, many at no charge and some for a minimal cost depending on the manufacturer. If you need any assistance with personalization, we are happy to help you.

Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is based on several factors including the manufacturer, proof requests, approvals, and shipping destinations. Please see shipping and handling information. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. If you are concerned about receiving your order in time, please contact us before ordering and we can assist you personally.

Photo Submission
The quality of a finished photo product depends on the quality of the photo submitted. Photo resolution should be 300 dpi or higher. Your photo may be cropped to allow for the best appearance and fit. Please do not crop your photo yourself or change the color before submitting it. If you have a color photo that you would like in black and white, please specify the change in the Special Instructions box while ordering. Some products are only available with black and white photos. Please e-mail photos to info@jillspapertales.com

Photo Copyright Notice
By submitting your photograph you acknowledge that you have full rights to use the image and you agree to indemnify Paper Tales from all actions, damages, losses, expenses, and liabilities associated with our possession or reproduction of the image.

Custom Design
Several manufacturers offer custom design options. If you see a design you like, but would like to make slight changes, please contact us. Not all products offer the option of special customization. Please contact us if you are interested in custom design.

Pre-Shipping/Pre-Ordering
For your convenience pre-shipment of envelopes is available for invitation and announcements for an additional charge. Please contact us if you would like this option.

Samples
Samples are available at a minimal charge. Please contact us for sample information.

If you prefer to make your purchase by phone, you can reach us at 847-309-1946. We are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.

Sales Tax
A sales tax of 8.% is applied to Illinois residents only.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through secure PayPal.

Canceling an Order
In an effort to keep turnaround time as short as possible, orders placed during business hours are processed immediately. Please contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be canceled. Orders that have been processed we will not be able to cancel.
